Ok, What we need to do with those 5 files inside PATCH folder ? Double click does nothing.
I have runned Setup from SAUCE folder and then I got license expired even tough I have good license acording to ECULP. I still have good license but I cannot start Advisor, I have replaced exe file after installation and now it does not run at all, I get Send or Dont send report and that is it.[/Q
Ok. in the patch folder all we do is run the patch no need to copy anything just run it. it makes a quick sometimes non noticeable registry change. the only time you need to run the sause folder install is if you dont let disk 1 auto run. autorun of disk one installs new sause folder automatically. (meaning; i dont use the disks. i have all data saved on a hard drive i have to make the istall of sa easier on myself so i paste folder one. in that case sause didnt fun so i have to force it to run otherwise sa wont have correct updates and wont run rite if at all.) so in conclusion if you install disk 1 manually and let it run its auto run ther is no need for any action inside sause folder. i had that instruction up in that post for someone who asked about it. and your final question about the exe file in an earlier post i mentioned that for some unknown reason the exe file dont always work so i have a few different exe files to use. this is a normal problem i experience all the time so i will post my file with all my exe's an in it and then its just trial at that point. the exe in the kg i supplied is the most commonly successful one but not everytime,
and i believe you asked about the need to delete the two files of the 3 the kg makes? this is true all you need is the lic. to install in jdlm folder. then in the lic folder that was supplied in the download you paste the dl into the specified folder (look in instruction txt for location) then just run the dlxlm. thats it
