NEW! JPRO Command Module — Mack and Volvo — Available NOW!

New functionality in JPRO Command Module — Mack and Volvo includes:

Bi-directional testing and controls on 2007 and newer Mack or Volvo vehicles with Mack and Volvo engines.
Reads vehicle controllers on the truck and displays detailed fault codes and component data. Displays information on all Mack and Volvo components and other non-Mack and Volvo components (such as ABS, Electronic transmissions and power units.) In one glance, a technician can see vehicle temps, battery life, gauges and switches.

Performs critical commanded tests and bi-directional testing and functions on Mack and Volvo engines, including: Manual Regeneration of the diesel particulate filter; cylinder cut out tests for fuel injectors; set road and cruise control speed tests, set parameters for idle shutdown times; reset trip data. Generate trip report information, including: total running time and distance, fuel economy, average driving speed, idle times, hard braking and other data related to the vehicle driver performance.

HARDWARE / SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION:

- The following operating systems are supported:
- Windows Vista (both 32 and 64 bit versions)
- Windows 7 (both 32 and 64 bit versions)
- Windows 8 and 8.1 Pro (both 32 and 64 bit versions)

Note: Spanish operating systems are supported.


INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
=========================
Note - You must have administrative privileges to install and authorize this program.

- DVD Install:
1 ) Insert the JPRO® Commercial Vehicle Diagnostics Suite DVD into the target machine.
2 ) The auto-run will begin the installation process. If Setup does not begin
automatically, use Windows Explorer to navigate to (CD-ROM drive):\setup.exe
and double-click the setup.exe file.
3 ) The setup program will install .NET Framework 4.0 if not already installed.
4 ) The JPRO® Commercial Vehicle Diagnostics Suite Install screen is displayed, and provides the
option to install JPRO® Commercial Vehicle Diagnostics.
5 ) Select the "Install JPRO®" button to begin the installation.
6 ) Follow the instructions to complete the installation.


NOTES:
=====
1 ) Registration is required before the JPRO® Commercial Vehicle Diagnostics application can be
used. Valid license key(s) will be required in order to register the application.
Please ensure you have license key information available before you install.
Registration over the internet is available.

2 ) The appropriate vehicle adapter driver must be installed in order to connect to a
vehicle adapter device. This installation is separate and independent of the
JPRO® Commercial Vehicle Diagnostics installation.

3 ) The JPRO® DLA+ and JPRO® DLA+ Wireless adapters are required in order to connect
to the Ford, GM or Sprinter Medium Duty vehicles. Please ensure you have the latest
driver and firmware loaded.

To connect to Ford use the OBDII Cable for Ford (red).
To connect to GM use the OBDII Cable for GM (yellow).
To connect to Sprinter use the OBD Cable for Spinter (blue).

4 ) The JPRO Heavy-Duty Command Module - Mack and Volvo only supports the following adapters:
- Noregon DLA+, DLA+ Wireless and DLA+ PLC
- Vocom 88890300 and 88890020
- NEXIQ USB-Link

5 ) The JPRO Heavy-Duty Command Module - Mack and Volvo and JPRO Next Step Module require
internet access at least once a month. Failure to provide internet access will result in the
application limiting use and eventually shutting off the module features.

6 ) To open the User Guide underneath the Help menu option, Adobe Reader version 6.0
or greater must be installed.
