Thanks for response. I looked at the activator, but the problem I am having is installing service advisor. I mounted the image, but I am not able to install for some reason.

Can someone please help me with installing this? I downloaded the 33 files, but I am not able to install the program. I am not having a problem with activating yet, just installing the software from these files. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I cannot get this to work. I have the activator, but I need to install SA before I can use it. Can I get my credits refunded please, so I can find another one that works?
