Why i am always spent 30 credit after upload?

after upload a files i earned 20 credits but after one day when i log in again i spent a 30 credits in my upload that i have put 0 credits.i want to share it to other member that have no credits to help them.but this is what i got always spent 30 credits.3D_59can you explain it? i put pictures to explain what files i have upload.

I do not understand why spent credits!
Went to the forum - I saw that I had more than 200 credits. But a minute later it became 183 credits. Why??
