still having loading problems with this software, though it may be something to do with the java software on the machine
frame work error access java:231
then it says 8 more java error codes

anyone any ideas ?


only problem noted when loading the files on the 8.2 est section no other problems
and yes the license key file is 100% checked it ,
So must be an update problem on my laptop

Dear you,

1. Thanks for your responding on forum
2. Please set up java it is better.
3. We are working on win 7 32 & 64 bit, it is ok.
4. Do not update any more, just set up update data in DVD data package.
After set up finish 8.2
You set up 8.3
You set up 8.4

But you have to run patch activator during time installation, when it says "Insert USB" you just check patch, after patched you lick ok and set up.

Yes patch is never closed down, errors linked with the java on the computer system files, running on 7 32 bit,
have tried a few software runs so obviously the computer is the problem,
going to try updating java then retry the software on a fresh install again.
thought i could perhaps of ran on a vm machine but patch not accepted on it
