Thank you for the link, I'll have a look.
What about "setup.exe" issue ? Do I miss downloading something or is there a corrupted file ?
As rar archive provide file named "New Holland Electronic Service Tools (CNH EST) 8.1 [01.2015].iso.001" do I have to find other parts (002,003,...) of "complete iso" somewhere ?

How to Extract:
Step 1: Download all 7 Parts
Step 2: Extract every parts by ISO Ultral
Step 3: Copy all 7 parts .001,.002,.003,.004... into a folder
Step 4: Use JOIN software to join all 7 those files.

I appologize but when I downloaded the 7 files, based on their naming I was guessing it's a "multivolume rar archive" splitted accross 7 files (as I usually deal with about film/series/book/... download sites).
So I extracted each "single rar archive" and used FFSJ and... it's ok now
Will deal with the activator now !
