I have payed for the software and have received the link for the dowload in WinRAR format, but I can't open any files, since they require a password. How could I solve this problem?

Hi friend, I don't have the Data.rar file mentioned in this instruction:
"10. Extract the Data.rar file provided in the download and move the Data and Data Sets folder to C:\ProgramData\Service Advisor. Make sure that the folder structure matches the below picture. "
I have the Data Sets folder, but not the Data.rar file.
