I have one question, after activation Delphi with 2013.3 they ask me that firmware is no update,i need to make update,
Can I make update CDP+ what I have is Chinese clone, they will function normally after update firmware?

If i understood you clearly, i must be disconnect from internet and connect cdp+ in car and click update firmware
