Use VB.Net for your Installer.

I was unable to break the 2013.2.2 Activation, so I did a MashUp using 2013.1.1 PLUS 2013.2.2. I kept the Main.exe from 2013.1.1 but added the functions, drivers, firmware, and database of 2013.2.2.

If anyone wants to try it and let me know if it works for you, I would appreciate it. Also, let me know if I've lost any of the functions of 2013.2.2.
