Download this document, you need 2000 Gallons

Caterpilar electronic tecnician 2014 full installer and activator with instructions in spanish and inglish.

1. Install Et2014A


2. Change your MacAddress to: 00 1c 23 3d f4 4f


3. Make a folder in c: called flexlm....like this c:\flexlm


4. Copy license.dat in c:\flexlm


5. Setup environment variable catlmd_LICENSE_FILE to your license file path (like catlmd_LICENSE_FILE=c:\flexlm\license.dat)...look at the image as example


6. Copy/overwrite Comet.exe & CometDLL.dll to \Program Files\Common Files\Offboard Information Products\2014A\Comet\


7. Copy/overwrite FlashServer.dll & CometDLL.dll to \Program Files\Common Files\Offboard Information Products\2014A\Flash\

Windows 7 have some limitations for wireless MAC address
The possible MAC addresses in Windows 7 for wireless adapters:

X2-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX


X6-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX

XA-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX

XE-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX
It is impossible to change the wi-fi MAC address to 00 1c 23 3d f4 4f in Windows 7
I am wondering if someone came with a solution for using a different MAC address

you don't change the wifi to make this work the program itself ET is looking for the lan wired mac that is what you change. Does not matter if you connect to net using wifi . It the lan one you must change
