Yup, you need to create a username for yourself on the database of the sis software to be able to login , you search on how to import or create a username on the installation guide section sub-forum.

i'm going to give up on this for a few days, i rebooted following some instructions and it gave me another hwid. This is just driving me nuts. may b this weekend i will try contacting you and we can try team viewer. i have the computer setup at my job and i use teamviewer and remote desktop to log in. thanks again
