You need to run the Patch program for the program you are using, Cars or Trucks. When the Installer is open, run #3 or #4 depending on Cars or Trucks. You must Patch BEFORE activating.

For some reason, I am still unable to edit my posts, so I cannot update my first post with working links. I'm also forced to do the Key Captcha EVERY time I want to post anything. I'll put the new links here, but until I can edit my posts, I think I'll stick to other forums and will not be updating this one anymore. It's just too hard to deal with.

I am able to edit my posts on all other forums, except this one, and I don't need to use Key Captcha. If a Moderator could fix this for me, I would appreciate it.

I just got the autocom CPD code reader and tried to down load the software for 2013.3 version. very thing went well until
i put in the serial number and hardware key. I got the message unknown serial number. tried a couple times with also the provided CD from the vendor. got the same message. what could be wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.
