of implementing the terms of the current Dealer Sales and
Service Agreement and is intended solely for the purpose
of computing the compensation payable by SsangYong
Motor Co.,Ltd. to the authorized SsangYong dealers for
the performance of warranty, policy and campaign adjustment
and other work authorized and performed for the account
of SsangYong Motor Co., Ltd.
