Hi i installed program with instruction but when i run IDSS i get, runtime error 429 activex component can't create object , i have tried re-installing but no luck, i am using 32bit Windows 7, and also the program file is incomplete it has NO Updates, Can you please help Admins or please refund me Gallons so i can download other versión, let me know, Thanks!
