I read the intructions. But I haven't ""Ford e-CAT HotFix" folder" and haven't ""Crack! Ford e-CAT 2.2011" folder". So I don't do following instructions?

What is the problem? Bad instructions?

I also have this problem, what was the solution please?

Good evening, Installation fordecat 2015-10 ok but impossible to operate the patch, which directory to use? no hotfix.cmd file prepare.cmd files does not work, several installation.txt files etc ... In short, it is not clear for me.
