Delphi 2013.3 does not start diagnosis

Hello everybody

Today I installed Delphi 2013.3 and the installation works without problems. After updating the firmware to 1331 I wanted to start the first diagnosis but the tool does not work. After hitting the ISS and the start button the red circle appears for a few seconds and after this nothing happens... Nearly the same happens when I am using the eOBD tool. Even the initiation of the tester does not start. The whole program hang up and has to be closed by using the task manager. There is no failure notive.

I´m using and "old" IBM Thinkpad with Win XP installed.

Does anyone know this problem and can help me with a short workaround?

I fixed it by reinstalling Delphi. Thanks to all!
