CEA Correction Source User Settings: Updated to allow operators to change frequency
and baud rate settings for SBAS, TerraStar-L(Novatel), TerraStar-C(Novatel),
RangePoint-RTX(Trimble), CenterPoint-RTX(Trimble). Also allows user settings for Base
Station and RTK Network for NTRIP correction source. To manually adjust Freq & Baud
settings select “User-Defined” in Signal Settings.
