I can't download this at all.. my antivirus blocks it way too strong, even when it is disabled

Not sure what's going with this program, I've tried Internet Explorer, Edge and Chrome and it does work. I've also tried another version of this to buy and download here and that also doesn't work. Best case scenario is the main page will load but the links fail to open any service documents...
