Where is the apply patch step in these instructions?

Is there anyone that can confirm this works after the patch has been applied?

Has anyone successfully installed this with the patch applied? Because without the patch it's fixing to expire.

I have read and followed the full instructions. Installed program, uninstalled the mitchell communications, then applied the patch and it errors. If you don't apply the patch it works fine, but I don't know how long it will work without the patch applied.

The patch that downloads with this is for July version 221 and the October version is 224. It errors if I apply the patch. Is there an updated patch?

Anyone else having this problem? Will not create new Estimates now. Says current data base is May 2017. Needs to be updated to create or edit new Estimates
