I paid 1000 gallons, received the password to open the downloaded file, installed it, and followed the instructions to complete the installation. It will not work, all i get is "incorrect activation code" I tried every .ddl file supplied, but it still will not work. Damaged file or outdated...

Paid the 400 Gallons but the file can not be opened. WinRAR Error message says The archive is either in unknown format or damaged
