Hello there,

Mainmenu.exe and Techstream.exe has Win32/VB.OOF truva virus. If you disable virus software, than it damage many windows exe files.

Yes this is setup.exe, if you no turn off it will effect .exe, check again your computer thanks. Delete old folder and turn off disable virut soft

and then extract again
