UPDATE:
extract files with winrar at least 5.10
windows must have net framework 3.5 sp1
java
visual cc+ up to at least 2013 version
and some king pdf reader example adobe reader
better to have latest windows updates.

also turn of any internet or wifi connections. if it will be turn on ,it wont let you finish .
and there will be error mesage "the internet update was not performed correctly"
