The Electronic Service Analyst (ESA) is a PC-based diagnostic tool similar to CAT ET or Cummins INSITE. ESA communicates over a Data Link Adapter to the NAMUX components. A technician can use ESA to detect fault codes in the components, verify and troubleshoot new electronic instrumentation functionality, flash the control unit, program parameters and diagnose . This software enables communication with diagnostic interface Nexiq for Kenworth and Peterbilt.
Instruction:
Disconnect from the internet before installing and setup and make sure to block the program from connecting to the internet after installing
or do not connect to the internet at all !!
1: Install ESA and get machine id
2: Run keygen and input machine id and generate key
3: Input key into "license" area only and add password if you like.
4: Click "apply" then go to your kg folder and add the REG file by double clicking.
5: Go back to ESA and click "ok" it will ask you to "activate" DO NOT activate
6: Press CTRL-ALT-DEL and kill the program
7: Open ESA. if it ask to activate again click "cancle"
8: Click on "tools" then "ADMIN" then tap to "license and password"
9: Go back to your KG or open your KG if you closed it and regenerate another key
10: Now goto ESA and add the license to "Renew License" only. (note: depending on your kg you may have to type the licence manualy if you just get one big key.
also remember this is case sensitive so take your time)
11: Click "renew license" then "apply" and "OK"
12: Close and open ESA and now your connect tab should be highlighted.
