Mitchell Estimating UltraMate v7.1 [10.2017] Full Patch + Instruction

The patch that downloads with this is for July version 221 and the October version is 224. It errors if I apply the patch. Is there an updated patch?

Dear you, did you install finish, please note after install you must uninstall one thing first and then you can apply patch.

Please read clear instuction. Contact me by email if you still get trouble.

I have read and followed the full instructions. Installed program, uninstalled the mitchell communications, then applied the patch and it errors. If you don't apply the patch it works fine, but I don't know how long it will work without the patch applied.

Please exit program first and then you can apply patch file.

If patch file error you can delete and then extract again.

Yes so many people is using it ok, please check error in your window, if you no trust me you can install it on other pc and ask me.

Dear you before run it please change time back to 10.2017 year first and then you can open it.
