1)Copy FlashServer.dll, fnp_ld.dll, ini.lic files into c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Offboard Information Products\2016A\Flash\ folder
2)Copy Comet_libFNP.dll, fnp_ld.dll, ini.lic files into c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Offboard Information Products\2016A\Comet\ folder
3)Copy license.dat file wherever you want.
4)Run 2016A IHI SHIBAURA Electronic Service Tool I
5)You will see the activation file selection window. Select path to license.dat file
6)If Cat ET or Perkins ET are installed on the PC, the license selection window may not appear. In this case copy text from license.dat to cat et (perkins et) license file.
