- TURN OFF your internet connection!
shut down antivirus software!


1- SETUP software ( 2013.2_install_Delphi.exe )




2- select product DS150E (new vci),if heavy duty please
select product(DE150E heavy duty(new vci) )
don't change the install path!
(win xp will install to--------C:\Program Files\Delphi Diagnostics\DS150E(new vci))
(win7 64bit will install to----C:\Program Files (x86)\Delphi Diagnostics\DS150E(new vci))


3- copy all file in patch folder replace to Ds150e(new vci) install Folder


4- run DS150E (New VCI).exe in desk to active

- click start
- click yes to save FileActivation on desk
- send FileActivation just you saved on desk to your seller
- wait your seller send back the FileActivation file actived

- click start again
- click no
- click yes
- select the FileActivation file actived on desk. open
- wait for install complete,enjoy!
