fuel pump relay power source on 2016 ford fiesta se

my daughter lost her key fob on her 2016 ford fiesta & bought online replacement keys that need to be reprogrammed at a dealership. I tried to energize the fuel pump relay I thought I could bypass the relay with a jumper to drive it to the dealership. Now, the fuel pump relay socket terminal for the maim (power) contact doesn't have power available for when the coil is energized to close to the main fuel pump relay
where does the fuel pump relay main contact terminal get it's power ??
