Instruction:

1. Install Mincom LinkOne WinView 5.4 from the SETUP folder
2. Start it go to Tools\Configuration menu open Licenses section. Press green plus button and past the text from license.txt and press OK.
3. Press green plus again and paste text from key.txt and press OK
Note: Set time before 01.2013 year first
4. Open Libraries section, click on plus button and browse to the DATA folder.
5. Press OK
