312C, dead monitor

Hi there, new to this site
I have a industrial electronics repair shop, got a client with dead monitor for 312c model, he gave me the schematics where a connector, CONN 30 shows only 8 pins, monitor I have has 12 pins in two rows 6 & 6. I'm guessing it's a retrofit. Is there a chance to ID the monitor I have and a relevant schematic so I can crossreference the connections/signals to check it out?.
Would appreciatie any help.
